I trained as a broadcaster and journalist. And I have worked in the public and private sectors. I served for many years as director of broadcasting and information services in Montserrat. And in Antigua and Barbuda, I worked as coordinator of information services in the office of the Prime Minister. I produced press releases, brochures, newsletters, leaflets and Website content. I also edited event specific and periodic publications. I have done stints as a correspondent for REUTERS, the Caribbean News Agency, and AP(Associated Press). And I have completed stints as a broadcaster with the BBC, VOA (Voice of America), CBC (Canada) as well as government and commercial radio and television stations in the Caribbean. As a freelance copy-writer, I have covered news reports for on-line news sources such BizReport. But generally, I work with small and medium-size businesses. The jobs I complete for clients from these sectors include: Press releases, Website copy, brochures, leaflets, newsletters and product descriptions.
